Lancorp Services, hereinafter (Marlin Softwash), carries one million insurance coverage in General Liability and one million in an additional umbrella.
Marlin Softwash makes it a practice to protect any foliage that may be sensitive to the washing process but can not guarantee there will be no reactions and therefore is not responsible for the loss of any plants. Plants are living organisms and each reacts differently to various washing processes.
Quote is based on visual inspection whether actual or virtual. Price is based on what seen at the time of the quote. Unforeseen situations can cause different cleaning conditions which could affect the price. Marlin Softwash will discuss this prior to starting if this applies.
Concrete is porous by nature and the purpose of applying environmentally safe cleaners is to ensure that we clean “within” the pour of concrete. Concrete will be cleaned by using commercial spray wands with the capability of adjusting the water pressure at the wand.
If Chems/Soaps are used – EnviroBioCleaner (EBC) **EBC is water-based, biodegradable, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. EBC is not classified as a hazardous material.
The customer understands that roof surfaces (tiles, shingles, or others) can be damaged when walked on. Marlin Softwash will make every effort to not damage the surfaces. If Marlin Softwash does break a tile/shingle, we will repair it to the best of our ability. If other tiles/shingles are found to be broken prior to work, Marlin Softwash can, for a fee, offer to repair them as well. The customer understands that repairing means fastening the tiles/shingles back together, not replacing them. Under no conditions is Marlin Softwash to be held responsible for any damage that may happen due to damaged surfaces.
Marlin Softwash is not responsible for any damage that may occur from the washing process to rotten, damaged, or oxidized surfaces. We will make every effort to identify these areas ahead of time and point them out to the customer. Customer agrees not to hold Marlin Softwash responsible for damage due to hidden rot, damaged, or oxidized surfaces.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Marlin Softwash of any existing leaks to the proposed cleaning surfaces. Acceptance of this quote with an approval to proceed with the work, constitute a hold harmless with Marlin Softwash against any potential damage from the washing process of the leaking areas.
Customer must provide a safe area for Marlin Softwash to park its equipment.
Signature of the customer constitutes an agreement for the terms and conditions of the quote provided.
All commercial jobs are due net 30 days.
All residential jobs are due upon completion of service.
All commercial jobs require a 50% deposit upon approval of the quote and prior to the start of the project.
For sanitizing jobs: once Marlin Softwash completes the sanitizing process, the customer agrees Marlin Softwash is not responsible for any bacteria or viruses that may reappear after treatment. The customer understands the process is a sanitizing process, not a preventative process.
